In normal days when you see things happening around us then what you feel if something happens that is differ from the normal one, like an accident, some surprise, A filmstar,etc.
That time the main event shows only in colours and remaining events become colourless. Yes. Thats the theme Colour Accent. You have to click a normal picture and than apply mono tone and focusing effects to create such pictures.
